Acquisition of an operating vineyard and winery operation which includes an entertainment venue, then applying our CEA infrastructure for Cannabis and Organic Produce cultivation in climate-controlled greenhouses that are supported by a Liquid Natural Gas-powered Combined Heat and Power system for electricity, heating, and cooling. The compound also contains a research and development facility, an extraction and production facility, testing and remediation laboratory, which combined resources support an effective social equity NY state program. Value of this project is $$163M.

Development of PV Solar projects on more than 1,600 acres of land distributed over 7 properties. 3B arranged for site control and organized a group of subcontractors for engineering community and utility-scale solar facilities in the PJM Interconnection territory. 3B provides development management, financial engineering, and project management. Generation capacity development currently underway is 5MW DC in New Jersey, 5MW DC in Maryland, and 20MW DC in Virginia. Value of these projects is $45M.

Development stage project the 3B will support with LNG supply, Combined Heat and Power systems (CHP) to provide initially 30MW of energy, with expansion to the data center as footprint grows to support usage growth. The CHP system will provide full resiliency while providing cost effective energy to the facility. Value of this project is $42M.

Providing financing to support the installation of a Liquid Natural Gas terminal and related transport vessels and storage tanks. Also developing a Controlled Environment Agriculture infrastructure to provide produce cultivation. Value of this project is $150M.

3B is providing services to several information technology enterprises who provide Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) products to the Government and Commercial markets. We are a licensee of Identity Credential and Access Management (ICAM) software based on AI/ML. Our applications are school safety systems, facility security, intrusion detection, and REG (Race, Ethnicity, and Gender) Program support using our ICAM system.

3B is also developing under another AI/ML licensure to support the retail industry using a natural language processing-based AI/ML system to improve the productivity and profitability of retail businesses. Initial implementation is progressing for a large international food grocery chain.

3B is supporting contract acquisition for a Native Alaskan 8(a) company. 3B is providing financial engineering and lease financing sourcing for Technology product acquisition programs by the Federal Government through this small business.
